Devastate your Xbox Madden 10 foes, when you challenge your buds to play video games for money.

Get set for the most grueling bouts on the field, after you're certain you can handle diving headfirst into the Xbox video game action. The big win - and the big payday - are close at hand, if you've covered all the ground and solidified your hold on the Xbox Madden 10 basics. But if you keep fumbling the easy plays, your foe will pile on the touchdowns and sack you until it hurts. Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of your playbook, and determine the best way to an easy win. One piece of advice, for you Xbox sports games players with faulty memories: while you can get some great yardage when you go for the pass, don't become too reliant on that strategy. On the other hand, now you've left yourself open for a turnover. Make sure you are truly an Xbox Madden 10 expert before you begin to lay your money down against your buds. When you have really obtained the tactics, both offensive and defensive, that will make you a winner, let the games begin. Throw down the gauntlet to all your acquaintances in the online gaming community, now that you're sports video game skills are more potent than they've ever been. Yeah, we all know that in the video game world, it's the Xbox Madden 10 aficionados that don't go down without a fight. However, if you manage to stay three steps ahead of your rival at all times, your bank account will be greener than the Astroturf. End any debate over who the greatest Xbox Madden 10 player is, after you play Xbox games online for money. We're certain that you haven't forgotten what a mega-popular game Xbox Madden 09 was - and that means it has some pretty tough shoes to fill. This isn't exactly uncharted territory - sequels are a challenge, especially for the sports video game world. And that scrutiny is especially pronounced from the hardcore gamers, who have high expectations, understandably. Just like its predecessors, Xbox Madden 10 will astound and amaze hardcore gamers, and give them the video football experience they deserve. Instead of just coasting, EA Sports is always moving forward and taking things to new heights - and Xbox Madden 10 is the prime example of this. Hardcore gamers are pretty jazzed about Xbox Madden 10's newest addition to the fold, their Pro-Tak animation technology, which allows players to have even more control over each play's outcome. Players can fight for the fumble, their tackles are steerable, they can have 9-man gang tackling, and their quarterback can shift around the pocket. Video football games just got even more realistic. Xbox Madden 10 has more to offer than just some graphics that are now more hyper-realistic. With the new "cinematic" camera style and broadcast-style presentation, the NFL experience has been perfectly adapted to the football video game. The authenticity levels just went up as well -- referees yank the players from fumble piles, all-new player equipment is available, and there's more accurate, authentic kicking and throwing styles. Since Xbox Madden 10 has an amped up player momentum, the athletes have more accurate turn rates and acceleration. Better still, hardcore gamers are not given the chance to employ the wildcat offense. As we've seen before, EA Sports has struck football video gaming gold with their latest Madden entry. Xbox Madden 10's epic soundtrack is another facet that will rev up the hardcore gamers and force them to up their game. Ever since gaming employed soundtracks, things haven't been the same for the sports video game world. Xbox Madden 10's soundtrack features songs from all eras, each bringing their own amount of fierceness to the party. Get a glimpse of the Xbox Madden 10 soundtrack list, which will no doubt electrify: "Can't C Me" by 2Pac, "Heads are Gonna Roll" by Airbourne, "Them Bones" by Alice in Chains, "Created a Monster" by B.o.B, "Revolution" by Bang Camaro, "Sabotage" by Beastie Boys, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Get 'Em Up" by Cypress Hill, "Unsung" by Helmet, "Aces High" by Iron Maiden, "Painkiller" by Judas Priest, "I Am the Bullgod" by Kid Rock, "Reckoning" by Killswitch Engage, "Blind" by Korn, "Divinations" by Mastodon, "Hate Me Now" by Nas featuring Puff Daddy, "Breed" by Nirvana, "Walk" by Pantera, "Shut 'Em Down" by Public Enemy, "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine, "Gaia Bleeds (Make Way for Man)" by Set Your Goals, "Duality" by Slipknot, "Sugar" by System of a Down, "Before I Die" by The Vanity Plan," and "Cheah Beah" by Young Dre The Truth.

Video Football Games Ascend to New Heights with Xbox Madden 10

If you're still unsure about Xbox Madden 10, then you need a trip through the football video game timeline, back to the beginning, to change your mind. Sure, there's something not right about saying a current game is great merely because it blows away its ancestors. But it helps to see how much progress has been made in football video games, by taking a glance at the earliest video games and comparing them to Xbox Madden 10. It was inevitable, given the popularity of handheld football games in the B.C. (before consoles) era, that gamers would want a video football game to satisfy their needs. But the catch was, the power of the early video game consoles didn't exactly equal the imaginations and desires of those early hardcore gamers, so everyone had to settle for less. The buzzword for this one was "all the excitement" of the real thing, as the game publishers tried to sell their captive audience on this one.

They didn't even try to make those guys look like people. Just needed to get that one off my chest. The brief glance at the pic gives you a taste, but believe me, what went on during an actual game was much more horrific. An early symptom of the low-tech nature of older video games was graphics that just blinked like crazy, rendering the action impossible to read. Sound effects didn't fare much better, with the "spectators" sounding more like a car with a busted muffler. Again, things like the scrolling screen wouldn't be a required part of any game for a while yet. In a short matter of time, the competitors entered the video game console field, and brought out their take on a more realistic football video game. They definitely took the ball and ran with this one, giving gamers better gameplay, visuals, and sound. However, it was still a bit primitive. While it did tantalize the video game world with its improvements, it was still only a slight move in the right direction. It would take a few more years before anything like that took place. Technology had caught up, albeit slightly, to gamers' football desires, to the point where this game has taken on an iconic status for gamers today. If you were to ask a gamer from the 90s what their favorite sports video game was, this one would crack the top 5 list.

Why this went supernova isn't hard to figure out - with actual offensive and defensive strategies, they brought in a new level of realism. With the improvements in both the sound and the graphics, gamers saw this as the first and last word in video football games. It's one of the few "old school" games that can still excite today's crop of hardcore gamers. That being said, as much as everyone digs that one, Xbox Madden 10 is in an entirely different league.

With the great strides in gaming, football video games have reached a level worthy of the fans. Guess it's a waste of time to do too much putting down of the other, less sophisticated football video games. No need to keep harping on it. You have to start somewhere, and those other games did - and Xbox Madden 10 would have never been possible if it weren't for those older football video games. Of course, Xbox Madden 10 has really kicked this one over the goal posts, which has the video game world pretty pleased. The reviewers have spoken, and they're as stoked as the gamers, which is always a cause for celebration. You want impressive admiration for Xbox Madden 10, see the reviews, which all use terms like"realistic and enjoyable." Xbox Madden 10 is another monster hit for EA Sports, though we think you could predict that one. To hell with the people who bag on Xbox Madden 10 - it truly is the best football video game out there. Not to put down any other Xbox sports video games, which have certainly earned their solid rep, but Xbox Madden 10 is just the best of the best. With Xbox Madden 10, the debate over the best football video game can be laid to rest. More than just a great game, it's a chance to display your video game excellence, when you clash for cash. The stakes have been raised, and Xbox Madden 10 maniacs now can take each other on for some serious cash. After you've really given yourself a crash course and learned all the rules, you'll score touchdown after touchdown - and make off with your rival's bankroll as well.
